Pet Policy
Our Pet Friendly Policy welcomes dogs and cats with some restrictions for what are considered “aggressive breed” by the housing industry and in some cases, by the insurance industry. Residents may have two pets max per apartment, with a weight limit of 140 pounds/70 pounds each. We require all pets and service animals be registered through PetScreening.com. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350-1st Pet, $100-2nd pet, and $20 per month pet rent for each pet.
